Easily one of the best meals in Quebec! Every dish is a work of art and prepared with local produce - I love this community-oriented awareness. Havinga sommelier at your table to help pair every course is an extra bonus. I cannot recommend this historical place enough! Oh, and take the time to look at the mini-museum before or after dining.
By far the worst cousine we have tasted in Quebec.One of us asked for lamb chops but the restaurant ran out of it (it was 8 pm) and offered the lobster tail instead.Opinions of family members on their food: Overcooked flavorless lobster tail, beef steak appetizer did not taste fresh, the veal was just okay but the sauce was not good at all. The place offers good classy setting and the view, there is nothing remarkable about the food. Entrees are in $50s range. A Glass of nice French white wine was over $20.
A wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. This restaurant has great & attentive staff who serve truly great food. My wife and I went for dinner one night and then lunch the very next day. They have a great beverage list that offers a very wide assortment to accommodate most range of tastes and wants. The food, you can tell, is prepared with much care, while paying much attention to detail . We will be back for certain.
Literally one of the best meals of my life. If there had been a most memorable moment or peak to our honeymoon in Canada/Quebec, this meal was it. Chez Muffy shattered expectations and the decor/environment was perfect for a romantic evening out. Recommend making reservations in advance.
