Truly superb dining experience. Service was impeccable. The food preparations were amazing. Our waiter answered every need with out being asked while making certain we we're finished on time to attend concert There is no where else these food offerings are available. Reasonable prices for this type of food. Table side flambe executed perfectly. Appetizers and desserts also perfect.
I wish I could give this place a 4.5 star review. The service and atmosphere was excellent. It was such an amazing experience that I wish I had someone to share it with. I had the snails and mustard steak and both were great. The steak was cooked exactly to my liking and the sauce on it was unbelievable! Highly recommend as a place to take your loved one or your date.
The food and selection of wines were incredible. Very nice place inside, a lot of dark wood everywhere but it's warm and inviting. Staff was mostly friendly a side from one gentlemen we had who was slightly rude. Service however was incredible and entertaining to have them fire up the grill beside you. Overall it was a great experience and should you have the money, it is worth the cost.
Reception was pleasant, everything after not so much. Ambiance was nice, but that was about it. The fillet mignon was well cooked, but the sauce was way too overpowering (too much herbs and cognac, despite having too little salt). Moreover the steak was drowning in that overpowering sauce. The meat itself was lacking flavour despite being well cooked. The vegetables that came with it were tasteless and overcooked. Cream of broccoli was too dilute, French onion soup and shrimp cocktail decent. For the service and quality of food, this restaurant is severely overpriced. If it wasn't so expensive perhaps I would've given it a 3 star rating. We came in with high expectations from all the rave reviews, but I cannot fathom why our experience was so disappointing.
Really good French food done the classic way. Atmosphere is classic also, and maybe a bit stiff for some who prefer more hip modern tastes. A solid go-to if you want quality to be dependable.
